Under platform terms, the draw still goes ahead, but the winner is awarded 50% of all revenue. You never lose your investment into an unfulfilled draw. This property sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and promoted independently by David Hernandez ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is hosted, managed, and independently drawn via the third-party platform Raffall, operated by Raffall Ltd ("Hosting Platform"). This promotion is entirely independent of, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ByteDance, or Squarespace.
SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The Sweepstakes is strictly open only to legal residents of the United States who physically reside within one of the 37 permitted US states authorized by Raffall at the time of entry. All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, or directors of the Sponsor, or anyone closely associated with the administration of this draw, are strictly ineligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes officially begins on July 13, 2026] and concludes promptly at 11:59 PM EST on January 15, 2027 (the "Entry Period"). Any entries received or postmarked after this exact date and time will be automatically disqualified from the drawing.

SECTION 5: PRIZE DETAILS & ODDS OF WINNING
The grand prize of this Sweepstakes consists of the real property located at Abiquiu, New Mexico, fully described on the hosting page, or the cash alternative value as determined and guaranteed under Raffall’s standard global hosting terms. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's or Hosting Platform’s sole discretion. The exact odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible paid and free entries received during the Entry Period.
SECTION 6: WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The final drawing will be executed entirely independently and securely by Raffall utilizing their automated verification systems following the close of the entry period. The selected winner will be notified directly via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the timeframe specified by Raffall, or is found to be ineligible under Section 2, an alternate winner may be drawn by the hosting platform.
SECTION 7: LIABILITY & PUBLICITY RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to completely release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Raffall Ltd, Squarespace, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, ByteDance and TikTok from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, or use of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
